Frequently asked questions

Production takes up to 4 weeks after you approve the art proof. We'll email a proof within one business day of receiving your design through the Custom Flag Designer.

For the cleanest results we prefer vector files — Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or an editable vector PDF. Photoshop files (.eps, .psd, .tiff at 150+ dpi) also work. The Custom Flag Designer accepts .png, .jpg, .svg, and .webp for previews; our team will follow up if we need a higher-resolution file for production.

We print with Pantone Solid + Coated values. List your PMS colors when you submit through the Designer and we'll match them on press. If you're not sure of your exact PMS, the Designer will also suggest the closest match for any color you pick — our team will confirm final colors on the proof.

Yes — the four sizes listed above are our most popular, but we can produce other dimensions on request. Pick "Custom" in the Designer's size selector and we'll quote it.

Yes. Double sided is two separate prints sewn back-to-back so the design reads correctly on both sides — ideal for text, words, and anything that shouldn't appear mirrored. Single / reverse is more economical and works well for symmetric logos and graphics. Select either option in the Designer.

Our in-house design team can convert sketches, scans, or low-resolution images into print-ready artwork for an additional fee. Submit what you have through the Designer or send us a message and we'll take it from there.
