Note:Shoe Bases are available on NEW flagpoles only. *Note: Item # 323894 and 323895 have a mandrel inserted into pole for added structural support.
Our aluminum flagpoles can be adapted for shoe base mounting. All shafts are fabricated from new, 6063-T6 aluminum tubing. Except for mounting method, all specifications shown for Architectural, Economy, and Atlas Flagpole lines apply. Our shoe base is cast from A-356 aluminum alloy and is heat-treated to a T-6 condition. Base is joined to pole with a continuous circumferential weld at outside top and inside bottom of shoe base.
Note: Anchor bolts are furnished for mounting to a concrete base. Anchor bolts come supplied with double nuts, two flat washers and one lock washer. A spun aluminum flash collar is supplied as standard unless otherwise specified.
